Magnesium Oil Goodnight Spray
This sleep-inducing spritz combines natural sleep-aid magnesium with chamomile, bergamot and sage to soothe the senses, melt muscle tension and relax the body before bed. Add to your night time routine to induce a deep, restful sleep.
How to use:
- Spray between five and ten sprays around the body and massage in well. After a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin is warm and the pores are open which aids absorption.
- Apply anywhere on the body avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes.
- If your suffering with restless legs, apply 2 – 3 sprays of Magnesium Oil Goodnight Spray direction to the areas of concern (often the calf or the feet) and massage in.

I used the oil on my legs just before going to bed. Slightly tingly feeling, but not bad. The oil is quite sticky, so the night after I rubbed it in little earlier, so my legs were not so sticky when going to bed. Sleep was good and no restless legs.
