Magnesium Flakes


One of seven essential macro-minerals that the human body needs, magnesium plays an important role in sleep. Magnesium-rich baths are a convenient way of replenishing magnesium levels, helping to melt away muscular pain and induce deep, restful sleep. 

Add 250g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for at least 20 minutes. Use in a bath one to two hours before bed for maximum sleepy effects!
