My Story

Growing up as a sibling carer for my autistic sister, I knew from a young age that I wanted to be in a caregiving role for my career. I was always our family and neighbourhood babysitter, relishing the varied learning opportunities that came with working with children - the financial reward was a bonus! After finishing school, I became a live-in nanny in the USA working with two families over four years (children ages 0 - 6).

I moved to London for a career in marketing but after seven years, the draw to follow my passion and to work with children, particularly focusing on sleep, was too strong. So in 2018 I left the city behind, formalised my knowledge by becoming a qualified sleep consultant, and in early 2019 I launched Sleep Siren!

My Approach

Sleep loss takes a toll on the whole family which is why I take a holistic approach to sleep coaching, addressing the whole family's needs.  

My approach is gentle, compassionate and responsive. I aim to leave you feeling energised and empowered by the time we finish working together. I always work in tandem with your parenting beliefs and goals, never against them. I do not use cry it out, graduated extinction or similar methods. 

Whether you want to stop the bedtime battles with your one year old, reduce nightfeeds for your 10 month old, or help your three year old sleep in their own bed consistently - I will support you to reach your goals in a gentle and effective way. 

Our Packages

1-to-1 Digital Consultation (£150)

Initial sleep questionnaire to be filled out and returned. I then produce a bespoke sleep plan to address your child's sleep problems and achieve your goals. We then have a Skype/phone call to discuss the plan and answer any questions you have. A further eight weeks of follow-up support is included via phone, Skype or Whatsapp.

  • Telephone or Skype consultation (up to 1.5 hour)
  • 8 weeks of email support.

Home Consultation (£250)

Initial home visit to meet your child, and discuss sleep issues and goals. I prepare a bespoke sleep plan. We will have a second home visit to go through the sleep plan, discuss practicalities, and answer any questions you have. A further eight weeks of follow-up support is included via phone, Skype or Whatsapp.
