We hope you love everything you order, but if something isn't quite right then we can happily offer a refund.
Send your unwanted items back within 14 working days, or 7 days for sale items, with proof of purchase, making sure all items are unused, in their original packaging with all tags attached to:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved then your refund will be processed, less shipping, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment in 7 - 10 working days. If you haven’t received a refund within this timeframe, please contact email@example.com.There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery, or sale items after 7 days.
We work hard to ensure all our products of the highest standards but we know occasionally things slip through the net. If you find your order is damaged or faulty, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns of the following items:

- Health and personal care items
- Sale Items
- Gift cards
