We hope you love everything you order, but if something isn't quite right then we can happily offer a refund.
Send your unwanted items back within 30 days, or 14 days for sale items, with proof of purchase, making sure all items are unused, in their original packaging with all tags attached to:

There is a return address sticky label on your order form that you can use, but you’ll need to pay the return postage fee. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service for the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved then your refund will be processed, less shipping, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment in 7 - 10 working days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted; Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery, or sale items after 7 days.
